Morning Rush
One of my New Year resolutions was to wake up at 7:00 AM and have breakfast with my morning coffee. A new expectation, but I wake up every morning at 8:30, with thirty minutes to go through my entire routine, out the door and in my car by 9:15 and at my desk by 10:00. There are mornings when I do not have time to make breakfast. To keep this resolution, I decided I would have a smoothie for breakfast. Smoothies are quick, easy and takes less than five minutes to prep. Every other Sunday, I prepare up to two weeks of smoothie ingredients and place in the freezer. So, all I do is place the frozen ingredients and liquids in the blender then go brush my teeth. Here are three go-to smoothies for the morning rush days.
Until next time… Kali

Blend all ingredients then top with chia seeds

¼ avocado
2 cups raw spinach
1 cup Greek yogurt (substitute: coconut milk yogurt)
